Safety transaction

You can see, right the bottom at every page of the English version of our site, images corresponding to Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, PayPal, Discover and Check. Whatever the option you choose, we don't ask you any financial information, as you will be billed by PayPal, which will do it by using a well known safe way. It's quite simple, like this: you pay them, they pay us.

Trial period

By the time we send you all configuration information (usually in the same day you requested a hosting account), your trial period begins. Five days after the starting day we'll send a mail to remember you about trial period. You will have 5 more days to decide. Your Help Desk account will have a button to PayPal, and clicking on it you will see how many days are still left. If you have 0 days left you must fill in the PayPal form, under de penalty of having your account stopped. If you are not satisfied, just ignore it and there will be no bill. If you have been billed and don't want to continue, just inform us. In this case your account will be closed and there will be no bill anymore.
